Refund and Exchanges:

Once we get back the item you returned and it meets our rules, we’ll start sorting out your refund or exchange. Just a heads up, this might take around 30 days from when we got your returned stuff. If you ordered something by mistake or changed your mind, you’ll need to cover the postage costs for sending it back. We’ll only cover postage if it’s our fault.
